Return & Refund Policy – The Che Collection
At The Che Collection, we are committed to providing premium quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. However, please review the following guidelines:
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. Any product that has been installed, brushed, combed, cut, colored, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.
Inspection Requirement
We encourage all customers to inspect their order before installation or use. Once the product has been used, we cannot process any returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. After review, we will provide a resolution which may include a replacement.
Return Process
Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 business days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.
